Good: Everything in our room is perfect, very spacious. Love the balcony view! Plus close to everything, we were close to honeysuckle!
Good: great location easy to walk to every thing but we like walking appox 2kms to nobby beach Bad: $25 dollars to park the car which we didn't do as it would add another $100 to our stay

Great location for NYE. Easy access to boardwalk, restaurants, attractions and all required facilities. Beach 5 mins by car. Car parking can be a bit of a pain due to insufficient spaces being available at all times
Great property with good parking, great sized apartments (i stayed in a 1 bedroom. Love the fact it has a separate washer and dryer and very comfortable facilities. Have stayed here 3 times previously and will always be my pick for an overnight, or few days in a great central Newcastle location
Apartment was nothing flash but had everything we needed , nice small kitchen , nice balcony looking over pool , location is very good , only a minute walk down to the boardwalk and water.Would stay there again

Good: The facilities were great and clean. And it was in a perfect location. The other receptionist (a lady) was fantastic and was very helpful. Bad: The beds weren’t too comfy, the receptionist (a man) was quiet rude and didn’t explain and answer our questions we had to ask

What a top location! The accommodation was right near the Honeysuckle Hotel precinct.Everything was in walking distance.Our room was very clean and tidy and overlooked the pool.Staff were very friendly and able to assist with all enquiries

Good: Loved the location. The apartments are within walking distance to all restaurants and cafes on the Harbour Foreshore. Our room overlooked the pool - great view! Our room was very clean and tidy. Car parking was very easy underneath the complex. Bad: I cannot think of anything. Liked everything about our stay - sorry!

I found the Chifley apartments very comfortable. Clean and good service. Close to all amenities. Easy check in and check out. Staff helpful and acc Mmodating. Great spot Happy to stay there again and recommend to other travellers
Good: Overall it was a lovely bright and spacious apartment in a convenient location. Bad: 1. Unable to lock the balcony door (the lock barrel was missing). 2. Curtains in main bedroom were falling down (could see attempts had been made to fix with staples and tape - not good). 3. The gate to the underground carpark was broken, so the reception staff had to buzz us in and out every time. Lucky we didn't need the car after hours as there would be no-one on reception to allow us access

Chifley apartments Newcastle. Overall pleasant stay. 1 bedroom apartment adaqute for our stay, clean & tidy. Nice pool. Close to restaurants. Only letdown was, after paying $300 a night we then got stung $25 per night for parking. Parking should be free
The apartment met our expectations and beyond that. It is in a good location and the apartment was clean. The only negative thing that I can mention is that the shower head (water) took a good 3-4 minutes to warm up (giving me enough time to brush my teeth and return and then perhaps it had come to room temperature. The taps throughout the apartment were the "spray" nozzle type, spraying water everywhere, even when on low. Did not put me off though and would definitely return. Great value for money

Apart from the cleanliness of the room I was very happy. The cleaners didn't change the sheets and I don't understand why they use sheets instead of a doona cover. the doona is always filthy and I doubt it is ever machine washed

The three bedroom apartment was amazing! Huge lounge area and even bigger balcony with an 8 seater dining suite. The air con is powerful too. Great views of the water from the balcony. It was great for a group of friends catching up for a 4 night stay. Shops are close by if you don't have a car
Spacious and comfortable stay in a great location for bars and restaurants. We will stay there again as the apartments were in a great spot within walking distance of the water and places to eat. The markets are also easy to walk to from there
These apartments are in a great location only a block away from the water. Awesome selection of places to dine and enjoy a drink and some music. Parking was available for a small fee and the overall quality of the apartment was very good

Perfect location in Newcastle. Close to restaurants,shops and pubs. Rooms spacious enough for 2 adults 1 child. Clean. Issues getting in and out car park. $25 a day to park is highway robbery, other wise a perfect and comfortable stay
Great location and the rooms are really luxurious. I would have liked to see a cafe within 50 meters of the hotel where i could have eggs and toast but this is not a biggie. Great restaurants around the area. Nice walk along the water

Took my best friend of 34 years away fro the weekend. My fourth time at these apartments and her first.. She thought it was lovely and very well priced... Great location and walking distance to lots of restaurants in and around honeysuckle
Good: Room was very clean, bed is very comfortable. Location is great. Bad: Normally overlook the pool & it is quiet, this time we were on the other side overlooking a huge, noisy construction site. Not relaxing at all!

Comfortable bed, clean room and convenient to everything the Newcastle Foreshaw and City has to offer. Also very reasonable rates for the quality of the rooms. Great restaurants surround the property or you can use the kitchen in your room. Great facilities in house

Lovely apartment, outlook and service. Was greeted with nice staff member, who got me set up and checked in with ease. They also pointed out some great restaurants and places to eat while staying there

Good: Nous avons apprécié la surface de l'appartement, le calme de l'établissement et sa proximité par rapport à la gare de Newcastle et au centre-ville. Pas de restauration au sein de l'établissement (et pas intéressés par la formule de pick up du petit déjeuner) mais sans importance car beaucoup de restaurants variés aux alentours. Nous avons pu visiter les principaux incontournables de Newcastle directement à pied. Bad: Pas beaucoup d'efforts sur la décoration. Les couloirs tout blancs ne dépareraient pas dans un hôpital. Globalement l'établissement n'est pas très chaleureux. Mais cela ne nous a pas trop dérangés car nous avons passé l'essentiel de nos journées à l'extérieur

My partner had to go to Newcastle for a work conference on the Sunday so we flew up Saturday morning in order to enjoy some time together beforehand. Chifley appartments were clean and well presented. We had a room on the fifth floor overlooking the courtyard area below where you could also see the pool. The staff were friendly. Parking is extra so be aware of that when you book. It’s close to some great eateries overlooking the water. Overall a very enjoyable stay

Bad: The door from carpark wouldn’t let us in and had to wait quite some time for staff to let us in as she was busy checking others in.. room is great maybe more attention on making of bed it looked like someone had literally just left and quickly threw covers up but in saying that it was clean and very comfy
