Convenient to airport and CBD....clean, comfortable hotel. Food OK
Great unique room, service to & from airport was very handy with friendly drivers. The bar couldn't make a cranberry & soda & my 2nd choice of lemon lime bitters was terrible. Saying that pool great tool & would stay again
We stay here each year for its close proximity to racecourse. The room are clean & the service fantasticFood at Firehouse is good pricing is comparable. The only negative is room service meals are covered with clingwrap causing food to sweat ie.soggy chips. This was our 5th year staying & will continue. Highly recommended

I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend Country Comfort Intercity. Secure parking and tidy premises. Staff were very welcoming. Room was tidy and well presented. Would be great in summer with the pool too
We found the motel very accessible, spotlessly clean, comfy bed, secure parking, friendly staff and fantastic service. We also enjoyed an lovely meal in the restaurant. Our waiter was lovely and efficient.Would definitely stay again

Free airport transfer even though it is 3 a.m., we really appreciate it. I would say this is one of the most important things to a tourists. The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is large and comfortable
First time I have stayed at this facility. I found it to be good value for money. The restaurant was really good, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, bathroom had clean and soft towels, and more importantly the shower was piping hot which I appreciate. I will defiantly stay there again
I was flying between Broome and Sydney for a party and wanted to arrive fresh in Sydney. This is the first time I have stayed overnight between flights. Hotel is very conveniently located to airport with a very efficient shuttle service both to and from the airport. I was meeting friends so didn't eat at the hotel but the restaurant looked very pleasant alongside the pool area. Despite being on the ground floor the room was quiet and I enjoyed a goodnight sleep before commencing my second part of the journey. I have a friend who is arriving at midnight and was able to tell her that the shuttle is 24 hours
The only things about your hotel, it’s the non complementary bottle of water. After that everything was good. Clean room, nice pool, and park for kid with bbq. I definitely come back and tell friends as well
Convenient location, comfortable beds, friendly staff, affordable. Easy check in/out. I have stayed here on a few occasions and will come back again, the beds are comfortable, not hard like most motel beds, the restaurant has good food. Room service is friendly and prompt
USB sin room and fix Restaurant. The lemon for my fish was thinner that face wiper I did complain And was treated a little like a winger, and that I am not I say it as I see it. The citchen staff were outside smoking three times I drove in and this is not a good look
Well worth the cost clean and tidy great service. No USB in room small bar fridge will stay again. Restaurant was rubbish not worth the cost staff were friendly. Chefs were outside smoking sitting around every time I drove back to motel not a good look. Do they wash after? This could be better I tried and was crap then ate across the road
The breakfast starts at 7am we had to leave on the shuttle at 7am so we couldn't take advantage ofbreakfast. Clean updated rooms. Free shuttle to and from airport Overall a good experience

We stayed for a couple of days and booked the hotel on recommendation from our friend's shower is a bit dated but suitable. Booked for twelve people in the restaurant great food and service checked out and used the transport service to the airport great for the price

Really enjoyed our stay the location was perfect friendly staff and really handy for the airport swimming pool and spa were lovely I think a chopping board and sharp knife would be handy in the kitchen

Unfortunately the rooms are showing their age with water damage evident on bathroom walls. Floor tiles are chipped,towel rail was coming off wall and shower taps loose.Early morning breakfast trolley is quite noisy on its wheels when being pushed through passage . The service personnel though are extremely quiet and efficient. New and larger wheels on the service trolley might reduce the noise to an acceptable level
if you have to go to airport early in the morning, you must stay this hotel, free shurtle bus, the location is near the airport, everything is good
Stayed with my daughter for two nights. Room and general facilities are fine. Only disappointment was our dinner my daughter food was okay, mine a steak at $44 advertised as aged for 100 days. The size and quality was nowhere near what was advertised. That said the service team were very good so I didn't want to dampen the night by complaining
Stayed previously, so when we needed a place to stay before heading away, l picked it again. Staff are excellent, rooms, are neat and comfortable.This room as well as the usual coffee making facilities also had a microwave. There is a guest laundry, cost $3.00 for a load, $4.00 for the dryer. And you can purchase washing powder if you need it. Car parking is secure, which is a plus, and we used the restaurant last night, it was really good

We had stayed at this hotel before and found it good value for money. The reason we chose it is because it is close to Perth airport and has a free shuttle service to and from the airport. This trip we arrived at the airport after 9pm and didn't feel like driving any distance at that time, so we arranged to stay here and get the free shuttle, the next morning we again caught the free shuttle back to the airport to pick up a hire car. As well a restaurant, the rooms also have a refrigerator, microwave and hot plates as well as cutlery and crockery
Overall this hotel is very good, my reasons below:CHECK IN AND STAFF:The check in was super efficient and friendly a rare combination. I wanted a afternoon sun room and they catered to my picky hotel nature. The staff in this hotel were fantastic and they are a credit to this hotel and the management.ROOMS:The rooms had everything I needed, and credit to whoever purchased the beds in this hotel, they were very comfortable - almost like my bed at home. The rooms very VERY clean and new. I stayed in the bottom room with a nice courtyard in the third block, further from the pool, which was a benefit when kids were playing in the pool.FACILITIES AND LOCATION:Everything was handy, regardless of transport, there is a bus stop nearby if you need public transport or it is easy access to the freeways if you have a car.Plenty of places to get the basics you might needs and bottle shops ups the road for a bottle of wine after a long day.The pool is very clean and tidy with plenty of shaded areas to sit, or sunny areas if that's your preference.Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. The staff were fantastic and the rooms were comfortable and the pool was clean and cool
Great place to stay in Perth, very close to the city and airport, great pool and service, will stay here again. The restaurant is just great and the food is also great, if you here you won't be disappointed

Airport shuttle was very very convenient (pick up and drop off). Check in was a breeze, the room was spacious and had everything we needed including room service my meal (entree, dinner and dessert) was awesome. The location close to take-aways for the little people and also up the road from Belmont Forum. Nice way to end our qld holiday. :) :)
Great place to stay in Burswood area and easy to find from the airport.Nice staff and knowledgable about the area. Nice clean rooms comfy beds with good sized rooms for 3 people. We arrive two late to eat at the restaurant
Beautiful place, absolutely amazing food at the restaurant. Wonderful service with friendly staff. Beautiful rooms, but unfortunately the bed wasn’t too comfortable and gave me a sore back.. but that could have just been me... would stay there again for sure
Overall really good and the staff were excellent especially the ladies on reception on all four days, for the townhouse even though we were told it has been refurbished it was overall ok but getting a bit worn/marked. In saying that was roomy and comfortable with great water pressure
We stayed here twice - once due to our flight being cancelled and arriving later than expected in Perth before a long drive. We were able to make a last minute booking - thankfully. Great value. The room was nice and modern (newer building) and the bed was very comfortable. On our return trip with our elderly parents, the staff made changes to ensure were located on the ground floor close to the restaurant and to each other. The restaurant served very good quality food and a variety of choices. Would definitely stay here again for overnight stay before flying
We opted to stay close to the airport rather than fight peak traffic hour traffic, what a fabulous idea great swim in the pool and relax the a fabulous dinner and drinks in the restaurant. Very comphy bed so a great sleep. Free shuttle to airport. ??
Do NOT stay at this motel on Perth Cup night, extremely noisy well into early hours of the morning. Apart from no sleep it was a great place to stay, close to everything and clean and tidy. Staff were so helpful with a very early check in. Free airport shuffle is a huge plus
Great location and has pool spa and playground. Food was great too. We had pool side room and price was great for new years eve, ended up staying two nights. Will stay again for sure with the kids as it has heaps to keep them happy also
Service was excellent and the airport shuttle a bonus. perfect location for that early flight out or late flight in. Nothing was a problem despite the hotel being full and it being new years eve. Food was great and quickly delivered, I want the burger sauce recipe for the sliders it was awesome
rooms are very large with a fantastic outdoors area to sit outside and enjoy the quiet,great location handy to shopping centres and about 20 min drive to perth and 15 mins to Optus arena thoroughly recommend
We always enjoy staying at the Country Comfort. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Beds are clean and comfortable. Secure parking is a bonus. Handy to the airport and the city. Recent renovations on the older rooms have brought them up to a good standard. Good value for money

Having stayed a this motel in July 2018, we were very happy to return and enjoy the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The beds are very comfortable, and the restaurant serves delicious meals with good service. It's close to the airport and has a convenient shuttle service. We look forward to staying there on our next visit to Perth. We highly recommend this motel
After a 2 hour drive to Tullamarine Airport Melbourne later in the afternoon of Christmas Day, I caught an 8.30 flight to Perth and arrived late in the evening WA time. It had been 40 degrees at home in Victoria on Christmas Day and I was very tired. I rang the Receptionist and she told me where to go and wait for the shuttle bus which arrived in about 30 minutes. We eventually arrived at the Motel around 11.30 and I was so pleased to get the keys to my room. The bed was so comfortable (and the pillow was divine). The room was spacious and very clean. All staff were wonderful and I even managed to get a late checkout as my friend had been delayed picking me up. I would recommend Country Comfort Perth to any traveller. It is close to Perth Airport (I travelled with Virgin Airlines but it is a bit further if you are travelling with Qantas and have to go to the other terminal). I am retired and was travelling alone and felt very safe at the Country Comfort. Staff, service and quality of room, all excellent and close proximity to the Perth Airport was a bonus. Highly recommended
Friendly staff. Bus to CBD was easy. They provide free shuttle service to the airport. Leaves on the hour and takes 20-30mins to get to the terminal
This has been the third time we have stayed here. Rooms are clean and comfortable and service is good, with great little restaurant. Close to the airport and some major arterial roads. We will probably stay here next time we fly out of Perth
Well priced Motel to stay a night before flying, didnt use any amenities offered so cannot comment further. Can highly recommend if this is your reason for staying. 24 hour Front desk. Shuttle service was on the hour so didn't suit but they organised a taxi for us so no complaints

Great place to stay. Very clean(room 1201) & next to both pool & bbq areas.Staff very helpful. Restaurant a little pricey but other food places close by. If hiring a car parking is free & secure too & so is wifi
Great place to stay, staff very helpful with early check in for other family members, upon arriving late at night the restaurant staff were fantastic and let me order a late dinner right on closing time. Free shuttle service to airport was right on time. Staff very helpful
My husband and I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. Always willing to help us and point us in the right direction. The facilities were exceptional and the evening meals in the dining room were really good and they have a great variety on the menu

Great place to stay with swimming pool and good restaurant. Free shuttle bus to airport and very friendly and helpful staff. We have executive room with patio straight onto swimming pool. WOuld definitely stay here again. Would be better if breakfast time could be extended as only until 9 am and as we were on holiday would have liked the option of having breakfast later. Only one thing missing - but this is more a wish list - the chance to have shower when not going to airport in the evening when checked out in the morning
After having our flights cancelled twice by Tigerair (worst airline ever), country comfort sent out a free shuttle to pick us up and bring us to the hotel where we stayed from 11pm to 4am. After having our flight cancelled again, they came back out picked us up and let us check back in. My only wish is that we stayed at the hotel for longer the room is quality with really nice facilities

Great location close to the city and the airport but very quite to my surprise. Would highly recommend to any business traveler as the staff know how to take care of you and go out of their way to help lots of hotels could learn from this place
Excellent comfortable room, great bed, clean ensuite, ex air conditioning, room nice and dark. meals were awesome, room service super duper quick, pool and BBQ areas nice and well maintained. All staff were exceptional, very helpful including free bus shuttle to airport. Highly recommended for sure
A great little hotel for a short stay, very convenient. We had room service which was very expensive but food was very good - great portion sizes (sometimes room service can be small plates but an expensive bill). The room was an ideal size and very clean. Bathrooms could do with a bit of a refurbishment but otherwise great. The breakfast was very tasty too. Great little place!
Very friendly staff, helped us over the phone when we couldn't work out the air conditioner. Very clean & not stuffy/tiny rooms. Called for a taxi for us, very prompt. Ample secure parking available which is often a problem at other places
Rooms are quite large, which was great for a large group of family/friends.Overall it's a great location. Other guests were quite loud at early hours of the morning, didn't respect us other guests that were sleeping.Cleaning needs to be more thorough
Have stayed here plenty of times, it is a great hotel very close to both airports and local shopping centre and eateries. Rooms have always been very good and clean. Staff are always very friendly and helpful
Very good hotel with friendly staff, and very close to the airport and city center, the only one minor issue i had was the water pressure in the shower was poor, if i had been staying for more than one night i would have asked to be put in a different room
I was provided excellent service from the moment I walked through the door. There had been a booking issue from my end and the young lady at the desk had it all fixed up in no time. The lamb rump was perfect and the wait staff really friendly and accommodating. Cold beer and a clean room. Ticked all the boxes for me

It is very convenient place to stay if you get a late arrival flight or early departure flight. There is shuttle bus to the airport. The room is tidy and clean and the staff is very nice and friendly. Will stay again

We stayed in room 4318 . It was a very pleasant surprise that the room came with 2 Tvs, and it seemed that the room was newly renovated too . I like that they have shuttle service to the airport at 4am . Would recommend

Stayed one night before flying out at the airport. Everything was awesome. Felt nervous travelling alone, but they made me feel at ease. They even made getting to the airport at 5am stress free. Highly recommend this accommodation to anyone, specially if you’re in need of a stop over on the way to or from the airport
Only down fall was the breakfast was cold and so was the coffee when it arrived. We ate in the restuarant and had to ask the staff for our coffees 10 minutes after ordering then and they came out cold. Rooms were decent size and comfy bed
Great fridge, microwave, tea & coffee but what use is microwave to heat food if there are no plates, knives & forks and plates to eat it from. When I booked I was under the impression these were all in the room. Thankfully I was able to obtain these items from the restaurant
My stay was for business. Country Comfort is perfectly located for work purposes but not that great for site seeing Perth. The food is great with a range of options but is a little overpriced. Room service fees are also unnecessarily charged when ordering food. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is great and bed super comfy
As mentioned in the survey, the price charged for the night was disappointing. I understand your busy days but for regular customers you should get a standard rate !!! It was a Tuesday night not a weekend. The Wednesday night rate was over $50 cheaper !!!
I have stayed at this hotel twice now and will continue to stay here for my business travels to Perth.The rooms are very clean and comfortable the service and food are great.the location is perfect for my work very close to the airport
The pick up from the airport was running late due to road works. The reception staff kept me informed.Sorry to see there was no Guinness on tap. The 4 AM transfer to the airport the following morning went exceptionally well as per usual. I always request the Country Comfort when travelling through Perth
Found the location in an excellent position and the shuttle service excellent with no waiting for the driver who was very courteous and excellent driver. The evening meal was excellent with prompt service.plus the rooms were very clean.excellent in all departments

given there's NO where at that airport one can walk to to sleep o/night this is an excellent local option; teh 0430 shuttle to teh 'port was on time and free teh ambience of the local environment is conducive to a restful time

A modern, quiet, well-maintained property with very comfortable rooms. Close to public transport and to the airport, with secure parking available 24/7. The room we stayed in was relatively small, but very well appointed, and with a very comfortable bed. We did not use the restaurant so cannot comment
I enjoyed my time at Country Comfort (this was a personally-booked trip, after having been booked into the same place on a work trip); the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff friendly. Only gripe would be that the ground floor rooms in block 1 are too close to the restaurant, without a separating door; the noise from the restaurant (and music) travel very easily into a completely sealed room (doors and windows closed)
I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. Very secure parking, The quality and the layout of the room was excellent. Can't fault. Free parking which is a bonus given the surcharge yuou pay at the city
We had a 5 am flight out of Perth. The Country Comfort Inter City Hotel is close to the air port and specializes in early flights out of Perth. There is a shuttle starting at 4 am. It runs several times an hour. The restaurant food was fine. The restaurant supports the early flights as well. They have a cold breakfast that you may have the night before to eat in your room in the morning. They have a "to go" breakfast that is ordered the night before and ready at 5 am. There is a pre-ordered box lunch for the next day as well. We were there on a Monday night. There were many business people and people who work for the mining industry staying there. The rooms are standard hotel rooms. Our room was clean. I have a vpn with very strong security. I could not get on the hotel wifi. The folks at the front desk tried, but also could not get me on. It was quiet after 10 pm. The Country Comfort Inter City Hotel was perfect for our short night and dash to the air port
The 1st impression when entering our room was the musty smell, but after a delayed flight, we were tired & just accepted it. A week later when we returned, albeit to a different room it was fine. The rooms that we had were of a generous size with a large outdoor terrace where we had breakfast. On our 1st stay we had direct access to the nicely maintained swimming pool via the terrace gate. There were some signs of user fatigue on our 1st stay with some tarnished furnishings and basin taps from which the water did not flow too readily. The shower though worked fine & the enclosure was quite spacious. Handy to airport with hourly shuttle service from the hotel. Pickup from airport is available. Friendly, helpful staff. Fair value though there is a surcharge for payment by credit card
I was happy with this accommodation. There was only one problem. We ordered room service and were given the wrong food. Staff were friendly and corrected the mistake. However it did take a long time before the correct meal arrived. The rooms were great and I will stay there again
Good location for my needs. This is my third stay with the Country Comfort Inter City Hotel.I like that they will pick up and drop off at the airport at anytime of the day and night. Very handy for me
We stayed for three nights. Location is good and shuttle service from and to airport is available 24/7. Bus station is yards from main entrance, it takes about 25 minutes to Elizabeth Quay. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was valuable even when the coffeemachine went on strike. No repair, but free coffee from the bar. Wide range of bread, eggs, fresh fruits. Pub is also nice with good choice of beers
Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and close to the airport. The Counrty Compfort Intercity is our go to when we need to stay in the city before a flight. On our recent stay we ate dinner in the restaurant and found the food and service to be of a high standard

We booked for 2 nights but unfortunately due to a family matter had to cancel our last night. When we went to reception we explained our dilemma and we were so pleasantly surprised how compassionate the staff were and how great it was to be helped with our accommodation situation. The hand full of times over the last 30+ years my husband and I have had to cancel a night have always met with so much hassle you sometimes think it's just as easy to walk away and not to have asked but the staff at Country Comfort Inter City Hotel were wonderful. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend to friends

I have stayed at this accomodation plenty of times and the rooms have been of a good size for 2 people, however this time we stayed in a room that should only be for 1 person. The bathroom layout is far too small you have no room to put anything on the bench as it is also the kitchenette. As you open the door to gain entry the bed is right there. Apart from that always good food and service by all

I recently stayed here overnight due to an early flight out of Perth - Put it this way - My family and I plan to come back and spend longer at this hotel! Its very reasonably priced, and beautiful - lovely helpful staff, great location, clean, it has a couple of pools, a BBQ area and even a playground for the kids. The restaurant is also reasonably priced, and open at very convenient times for the traveler. We will be back!!!
