Территория отеля красивая, хороший бассейн, но прохладный в январе. Есть маленький фитнес зал. Массаж дорогой в отеле. Номер над ресепшн не понравился, темный, с запахом сырости, особенно в душе, нет ванны, нет зубных щеток. Есть небольшой балкон. Бесплатный трансфер в центр начинается с 17-30
Sun, Vanhsay and Linda, the waiters and barista in the restaurant in kiridara are a very hospitable and service oriented team. Especially Sun, a great talent in this industry. Such an asset for the hotel to have him. He is helpful to all my requests and will have his best to help us. Also food in this restaurant , the Chef table is really good. I recommend this hotel and this restaurant for your visit in Luang Prabang
The hotel staffs are all good and like to give special credit to Chef table restaurant at Kiridara was an awesome experience. Good food and service by team, Mr Vanhsay, Miss Linda and Mr Sun. Especially Mr Sun has a friendly approach and always attentive. Great job guys.????

Kiridara is located about a 5 minute ride tuktuk/van ride from the main Luang Prabang street. You could easily walk this if it isn't raining. The pool is absolutely phenomenal with gorgeous views of the mountains. Service could not have been better. The rooms are elegant and quite spacious. I stayed here twice and loved both of my stays. What you get for the price simply cannot be beat. Don't be put off by the location not being right downtown. It is a snap to travel back and forth and the hotel takes such wonderful care of you. The snacks/drinks I ordered while poolside were lovely, however, I'd probably skip the hotel restaurant -- it was the only thing that I found overpriced. The spa on the other hand is a DEAL and the therapists who I worked with absolutely superb. Definitely take advantage! I also think it's worth upgrading to a room with a terrace and/or a suite option. The views really make it special
It's a beautiful hotel with some spectacular views. Food is delicious! Staff is amazing! But I couldn't give 5 stars as our room (number 5) does really need to be upgraded. But in overall - wonderful hotel that just needs a small fix in room decor

Отель хороший, красивая территория, бассейн,но мы ожидали лучшего от номеров. Номера, которые над ресепшн небольшие и темные, без ванны, в душе был сломан шланг,нет зубных щеток, маленький балкон. Номера выше от бассейна большего размера, кроме балкона есть еще небольшой садик при номере, есть ванна и душ в номере, зубные щетки в наличии. Бассейн хороший, но вода в январе холодная, фитнес зал маленький. Услуги в отеле дорогие: спа и ресторан. Завтраки хорошие, но нам в первый день не сразу подали меню и мы не поняли почему так мало еды на завтрак, по меню хорошие завтраки. Во всех номерах есть запах сырости, особенно сильный запах в душе.Тапочки многоразовые. Шатл в город начинает ходить только с 17-30. До почты, где ночной рынок и рестораны на шатле 7 минут, если запомнить дорогу, то за 20 минут можно туда днем дойти пешком, т.к. днем нет шатла.. Персонал отзывчив на все просьбы
The service of this place is very good. Our room was so nice and spacious with a balcony and a nice view. They have a free shuttle service to and from the airport and to and from the city centre. The free breakfast is really yummy and their coffee is also very good. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this place

Hotel provides shuttle to and from the town center which is very good. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The spa is also quite good. Restaurant staff is nice and always on hand to give suggestions on the orders
Never book a ride from a hotel to an activity or another city. The fee is very expensive. There are many reservation centers on the tourist street, so make a reservation there. The rest are great

Good: The bed was exceptionally comfy - it was like sleeping in a cloud. Amazing shower - hot, abundant water with great pressure. Very, very relaxing. Nice pool and sunsets. Friendly staff. Free bikes for cycling around the city. Wifi worked well throughout the resort. Bad: Mosquitos!! Room was absolutely infested, we had to kill about 30 on the first day, and then a few every day since. Never seen anything like it. They should equip the rooms with nets. Noise!! Rooms have zero soundproofing. We had to endure a couple of very loud parties nearby (fortunately they go silent just before midnight). There's also a property right next door with chicken, and the call of the cockerel goes on all night long. If you are sensitive to noise, consider staying elsewhere. Breakfast choice was very limited. For a place like this we would have expected a lot better
Each staff really go beyond their duty to help you with what ever requests that you ask. I can feel their sincere smile, kind and willingness. We asked for a tour recommendation and get everything arrange in just a minute. Free shuttle service to city center also provided at our request from 07.00am to 5.30 after that they operate on schedule. Rooms very comfortable clean and great view over looking Phusi Mountain. Delicious breakfast with a lot of choice from a la carte me and buffet. swimming pool giving the best view of Luang Prabang. we very much enjoys our stay definitely recommend this hotel for the best services

Good: Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir wurden in unser Zimmer begleitet. Es war die am höchsten gelegene gebuchte Suite mit tollem Ausblick über die Stadt und die Landschaft, da das Hotel am Hang gebaut wurde. Die Ausstattung war sehr schön und gepflegt. Wer nach Kleinigkeiten sucht findet immer etwas, aber das würde dem Gesamteindruck nicht gerecht. De Pool ist eine wunderbare Sache da man hier auch wieder den Blick genießen kann. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und ein Genuß. Der Weg in die Stadt ist eigentlich nur per Fahrrad oder kostenlosem Shuttle sinnvoll, zu lang und abgasgeschwängert der Weg zu Fuß. Im Umfeld gibt es einen großen Markt und auch eine Bar, die des nächtens auch einmal im Hotel deutlich zu hören war. Wenn gefeiert wird dann wohl richtig! Wir können, in der von uns gebuchten Kategorie, das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen

Except infrastructure of the rooms need improvement, very noisy across rooms (no noise proof in room), people drinking and shouting at night was not very pleasant when you want to sleep

Breathtaking views, awesome hospitality and excellent rooms and facilities! My family and I (kids aged 7 and 4) had a most wonderful time at Kiridara. The room we stayed in (mountain suite) came with 2 large queen beds with plenty of space for the kids to roll around. The balcony was spacious and just perfect to sit and look out to as the sun rises and sets. The food and beverage was of a high quality, breakfast was fantastic. Eggs were made to order and the menu also offered soup noodles, fried noodles, waffles, pancakes.. and this is ON TOP of the buffet spread that had a good variety of fruit, breads, cold cuts, traditional Lao breakfast. Of course, the STARS of Kiridara must be their staff. There were informative, friendly, obliging and so lovely to my family. My son's many request to ride the tuk tuk to town was never refused and met with wide smiles. It was heart warming to leave the hotel on our daily excursions with their nuggets of advice and reccomendations and to return with their sincere "welcome back!". I also had 2 spa treatments at their inhouse spa and the massage therapist certainly knew what she was doing. The treatment room was clean and very relaxing and it was hard to say no to the whole slew of treatments on offer. A definite 5 STARS to the wonderful team at Kiridara!
1. 룸 컨디션: 저는 일단 트윈룸에 뷰가 좀 별로인 저렴한 방이었는데 방은 적당히 넓었고 침대도 아주 편안했어요. 세련되고 모던한 느낌보단, 나무로 만든 가구들이어서 엔틱한 느낌에 가까운 인테리어였구요. 아쉬운 건 화장실 쪽이었어요. 샤워 물 온도 조절이 좀 많이 느리고(뜨거운 물만 한참 나와서 기다려야함) 차가운 온도로 돌리니 아예 물이 안나와버리고, 좀 오락가락하는 면이 있어서 불편했어요. 세면대도 물이 잘 안빠져서 얘기했는데 체크해준다고 했는데 그냥 그대로였네요. 그리고 방 밖에서 닭이 하루종일 10초 간격으로 꼬끼오오옭!!!! 하는데 한번 거슬리기 시작하니까 노이로제 걸릴정도로 미칠뻔했음ㅋㅋ방음이 아쉽 솔직히 룸은 사실 호텔 전체 이미지에 비해서는 좀 후졌어요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 2. 조식: 맛있습니다. 향신료는 거의 쓰지 않아서 좋았어요. 아침 메뉴 주문하면 플레이팅도 넘나 예쁘게 해주셔서 사진찍고 기분좋게 먹었어요. 기본으로 셋팅되어있는 뷔페에서도 두 가지의 핫푸드는 매일 바뀌구요. 빵도 맛있었어요. 식기류도 다 고급짐. 과일은 죄다 싱거워서 단맛이 없었던게 흠이랄까ㅋㅋㅋ 3. 부대시설: 뭐 수영장 사진 그래도 이쁘고, 뷰도 탁 트여있고 (내 방 뷰는 구린게 슬펐지만....) 가드닝 시원시원한 남국 느낌 최고. 근데 수영장 물 너무 차가워서 수영 하나두 못함....좀만 따뜻하면 좋았을텐데ㅠㅠ레스토랑도 깨끗하고 고급스럽구 예뻐요. 4.위치: 이게 진짜 별로였는데, 이것 때문에 다시 안갈 것 같긴 해요ㅠㅠ시내 나갈땐 아무때나 데려다주셔서 편하게 갔는데 돌아올때는 제가 호텔 셔틀 시간을 맞춰서 기다려야했어요. 유심을 인터넷만 되는 걸로 구매해버리는 바람에.....그래서 전화를 못해서ㅋㅋㅋㅋ꾸역꾸역 카페가서 한 시간동안 기다렸다가 셔틀 타고 그랬음. 통화가 되는 상황이었다고 해두 사실 전화하고 기다리고 그러는거 많이 번거롭기는 할 것 같아요. 전 숙소 좀 왔다갔다 많이 하는 편이라... 5.친절도: 친절하다. 마지막날 룸을 바꾸기로해서 짐을 다 쌌는데 안 바꿔도 된다고 말을 미리 안해준거 말곤 친절했다. 투어 예약한 당일날 비가 엄청 많이와서 취소해야했는데 여행사 직원이 영어를 잘 못하셔서 현지어로 통화도 해주시구 다시 어레인지 해주심. 왠지 멋있었음. 담날 아침에 투어 픽업기다리는데 한참 안오니까 알아서 전화해서 물어봐주시고 지금 오고있다고 알려주심. 거기서 감동 폭발....다들 마주칠때마다 웃으면서 사바이디 해주시는것도 기분좋았구. 좋았어용. 6.총평: 수영장을 못 이용했던게 한이 됨....그게 이 호텔을 예약한 이유였는데 넘나 추워서 수영 못함....물 따뜻하게 플리즈....룸 컨디션이랑 위치 말고는 다 좋았던 호텔

Great room with an amazing stone bath, the staff were awesome with regards to helping whenever needed and the shuttle bus to the town is really handy. The area that they could improve on is with the food - hair in the rice, raw fried eggs, frozen spinach and cling film in the poached egg! That aside we really enjoyed our stay and spa treatments. When we were leaving both card machines weren’t working so had to do many withdrawals at the ATM but hopefully an isolated occurrence
We stayed at the Kiridara for a week and thanks to a neighbouring cockerel who religiously woke us at 0230 each morning and sqwaked for several more hours we were feeling a trifle frazzled when we met with the hotel manager, Bank, on our last full day. We mentioned how fantastic his staff are, especially Sun and Joy, albeit lacking in front of house women, which he fully recognises and struggles to recruit an English speaking and perhaps not as shy as her Lao colleagues, but he is actively working on it. We were lost for words with Bank's extremely generous gestures which went a long way to apologise for chicken-gate and our fractured sleep. He had said had he known he would have moved us to a quieter room. Heigh ho! However, the welcome, hospitality and bending over beyond backwards is much greater than we, as well travelled middle aged women, have ever experienced. What a super hotel Bank, congratulations
Lovely hotel in a great location- set back from the main city area but only a 15 minute walk to town and the night market. Hotel has a shuttle bus that will take you to your destination. Book ahead. Rooms were nicely decorated with modern touches and very clean. The infinity pool was the absolute best with an awesome view and nice cabanas. When we visited in July it did not feel too busy with plenty of places to lounge. Breakfast was included and the restaurant was amazing. I was surprised with how delicious the restaurant was and the reasonable prices. We ate at the restaurant multiple times a day, ordered food by the pool, and enjoyed the daily happy hour 2 for 1 drinks! Kind, friendly, and helpful staff. I hope to return sometime soon

Stayed in Kiridara with family during Christmas time. First I wanna say that the staff is so friendly and helpful!! The hotel is very high quality and the pool area is very nice. Breakfast is also good. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the centrum, but the free shuttle can take u there almost whenever. And 2$ tuktuk ride back isnt bad to get back to this amazing hotel :)

Very well maintained hotel that is a little way out of town - however with transport readily offered. Somewhat noisy due to neighbours and livestock. Staff are lovely and do anything they can to help out
I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and would have loved to stay longer. The service was impeccable and the rooms were spacious and clean. One of the highlights was the beautiful pool with an exceptional view of the area. It was such a relaxing time. DonÔÇÖt let the fact that this hotel isnÔÇÖt in the middle of the ÔÇ£actionÔÇØ in the town deter you from staying here. We walked into town most of the time (about 20 min), but they also offer regular shuttles for the guests. We were able to book our transportation to the various attractions through the hotel, and we were very happy

If you choose to stay downtown in picturesque Luang Prabang then there are many good small hotels and guest houses to choose from- but mostly without swimming pools and perhaps a little cramped. Out of town just 5 mins by complimentary shuttle bus, the place to stay is at the heart of the hill with surrounding mountains view, the hotel offers very comfortable and spacious rooms. Infinity pool with good breakfast and traditional tastes of local food at The chefÔÇÖs table Luang Prabang restaurant. Excellent service with friendly and helpful staff
I spent 2 very wonderful days in this beautiful hotel. The facility is very well appointed and the swimming pool is an infinity pool with a magnificent view of the mountains and forests. But as with most hotels that are great this one has staff that is superbly friendly ad helpful; In particular one waiter in the restaurant was very friendly and kind to me. His name is Mr. Vanhsay. But everyone was well trained and so helpful
My sister and I decided to treat ourselves and book in for a week here. The room was beautiful we had a balcony with a gorgeous view over the pool and the mountains.The bed was very comfy and the staff were so friendly . The highlight was definitely the pool which was not crowded at all. The staff were all very helpful with any questions we had and the room was perfect , great shower and linen very soft. The only downside we found was the breakfast was just ok, the buffet not amazing sometimes the bread was a bit stale. but everything else was perfect my sister went for a massage and said it was the best she had ever had. We got sick one night from the vegetarian buffet down at the night market - don't go there ! and we were so glad we were staying in the kiridara. Special thanks go to the staff Mr Sun and Mimi who was in training there they were so friendly and helpful as was Joy who was lovely as well. The free shuttle bus to town is very very handy but we also walked to and from town every day and it was fine its about a 15 minute walk all pretty flat. Highly recommend staying here !

i could not fault this hotel. The room was huge and the balcony looked out towards the beautiful mountains. The hotel staff were perfect, friendly polite and helpful. They arranged our river dinner trip on the Mekong and a private tour to the waterfalls. The pool and surroundings are very attractive and the large, shaded lounging beds are an ideal facility for relaxing in the sun, reading, chatting or snoozing in the shade if wanted. The hotel is slightly out of town but this is a plus given the views and the hotel runs a free shuttle service into town. We left early on our final day and the hotel gave us a very nice packed breakfast to take with us. One evening on our way out to dinner i reported a fault with the rain shower. It was fixed and working perfectly by the time we returned a couple of hours later, excellent service
We had a great stay. Property is beautiful and our room with a Mountain View was gorgeous- big balcony too. Beds were super comfy and lots of pillows too! And spacious bathroom and beautiful tub!! Kids loved the infinity pool and outdoor canopy beds. But the staff here is what is really amazing. They go out of their way to offer help and do the extras. Always greeting us by name too! The breakfast room is nice and big and modern with lots of natural light and indoor/outdoor seating options. Nice buffet, French toast was delicious and they made green smoothies for us everyday which I really loved and appreciated! My only suggestion for the breakfast buffet would be to have homemade yogurt and jams! But thatÔÇÖs just a minor suggestion as there is a nice variety of foods for everyone! Restaurant Staff goes above and beyond too - they were always so kind to us! I had a spa facial massage which was wonderful. A little more expensive than the in-town walk-in places, but you get what you pay for and it was worth it! (Those in town walk in places are great too, but make sure to treat yourself to a nice spa like the one at Kiridara as well!) Nice small gym was a variety of machine and weight options and even yoga blocks and straps. Shuttle service to and from town was quick, easy and convenient. I donÔÇÖt think we ever had to wait more than 3 minutes for a shuttle to take us to town! IÔÇÖd highly highly recommend Kiridara! You wonÔÇÖt be disappointed!

Myself and 4 friends had a brilliant stay at Kiridara. The pool is absolutely gorgeous and had a fantastic views of the mountains, which is the real selling point. The happy our cocktails are also brilliant. ItÔÇÖs a couple of mins out of town, but for the views itÔÇÖs worth it and thereÔÇÖs a free shuttle into town and back or local tuk tuks are very cheap. The only let down was the quality of the breakfast. ThereÔÇÖs a good choice, but it could do with some improvements on quality and prep. Overall itÔÇÖs a great hotel with super friendly staff and IÔÇÖd definitely recommend it

Kiridara is a beautiful retreat hotel in Luang Prabang. Short tuc tuc tuc ride to centre. Special shout out to Mr Sun and Mr Pheng for their excellent customer service. Egg rolls at breakfast were a hit. Would definitely return
My husband and I stayed at Kiridara for 4 nights (1/11 - 5/11). We booked the Kiridara Mountain View Suite (Room 21). The suite is very spacious and clean. And can I just say, the view from our balcony during sunset is unbelievably gorgeous! However, the suite is starting to look slightly dated. Perhaps a fresh coat of paint is needed? Repair works are also needed, for example the handle of the shutter in the bathroom is loose. The king size bed is comfortable but the pillows are slightly too soft for my liking. Having said that, my husband loved the pillows. We slept very well at night. Minibar in the room is modest. There is a Nespresso machine and 3 types of tea (Jasmine Green Tea, English Breakfast and Earl Grey). But, the minibar does not offer any snacks. Wifi in the suite is complimentary but unfortunately intermittent. Staff are really friendly and lovely! I enjoyed talking to them, especially the waiting staff at ChefÔÇÖs Table during breakfast. Breakfast is buffet with a-la carte dishes to choose from. For a boutique hotel, I think that the hotel offers a wonderful selection of breakfast! Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Kiridara. Will I stay at Kiridara again? Yes I will!

If you are seeking for a Laos traditional style Hotel, this is a good choice for you. Location: - Not far from the old town and bus station. All express bus to city center passes hotel. ThereÔÇÖs a shuttle bus from the hotel to old town center. Just let the reception know where want to go, they will arrange bus for you. You can borrow the bike from the hotel to cycling around the city, cross a wooden bridge to old town. Hotel provide airport pick up and transit service also. The time I stayed had a very big festival in old town and it looked amazing. Room: - Very nice decoration in a Laos traditional style. Most wooden furniture , good curtains, ceiling fan, air conditioner. The rooms are very spacious and have balcony. The rooms which is near reception are a little bit noisy in early morning by the sound of birds, staffs. If you prefer quite place to stay, you can choose suit rooms or next to forest side. Because of its natural concept, noise isolation is not good. The bath tub here is so nice and comfortable. - Amenities items are provide enough for basic usage as: safeguard, tea bag, coffee ( instant/ machinery coffee), pure bottled water, towels, slipper, hair dryer, bathroom set , have no ironer - The bed are very comfortable even when you stay in superior or suit room. Suits room provide bench and relaxed sofa. Form the room you can look out the swimming pool, the town and the forest. It is quite different from 4-star-international hotel room you used to be familiar with. - One lovely things you can find here is bamboo amplifier in every room and ready to enjoy natural sound anytime. I tried listening music from my phone with the bamboo amplifier at the balcony, cool feeling. Service: - They staffs here are very friendly and willing to help you anytime and never reject any demands. If they canÔÇÖt provide, they always tried to find another solution or guide you to best place to find. To get the information of Luang Prabang including transportation, tour package, attractions to discover, you can come to All Lao service center which next to the city post office (the hotel shuttle bus stop here). Once you get into the town there are so many offers to explore Luang Prabang as visit Kuangsi waterfall, elephant adventure, Mekong river boat tour. Another option is to book tour from reception. - You can book room with breakfast or without breakfast then explore Lao cuisine outside. I prefer the second choice. Eating out is not expensive. Hotel Breakfast here is average. - Laundry service: the hotel provide laundry service, if you stay long enough you can go to the town and use laundry service at round 8000 Laos kip/ kg. It takes at least 4 hours to finish. Conclusion This is a lovely hotel at affordable price range (from 100$/ night) and highly recommend to try

Le cadre est relaxant et les chambres propres et spacieuses. LÔÇÖh├┤tel est un peu ├®loign├® du centre ville mais une navette vous y emm├¿ne ├á des heures fixes. La piscine est peu profonde mais un vrai plaisir pour se rafra├«chir. Nous avons r├®serv├® 2 chambres triples (6 et 10, la 10 est un ├®tage au dessus mais bien plus grande), les chambres ├®taient des chambres double avec un lit suppl├®mentaire (un peu dur mais peut convenir ├á un enfant de petit gabarit). I was so sad to have to leave Luang Prabang and Kiridara. This hotel has a beautiful setting with spectacular views of the surrounding lush green mountains. The staff could not have been any nicer nor friendlier. They always made you feel so welcomed. The room was very spacious and comfortable with exceptional views. I would highly recommend this hotel. This was our first time in Loas, and this hotel worked for us. They take you into town when you want. We used them to take us to the waterfalls. Spent lots of time in the pool which has great views. I used the spa twice which was fantastic. Next time I would stay closer to the old town but for a first time this was perfect. They organised a boat trip down the Mekong which was amazing

Kiridara Hotel is a beautiful hotel with so much potential. The staff are very welcoming and happy to assist in any way. We had the largest room type with two double beds and it was possible to add an additional rollaway bed since we had two kids with us. The location is slightly outside of city center, but does not matter since the hotel arranges with private transport for you free of charge whenever their drivers are available. The reason this hotel does not get a 5 star, is that room was starting to be a bit dated and in need of some refurbishing. There are also some other details that can be improved, such as having a permanent staff available at the pool deck bar and maybe some soft background music. All in all, totally recommendable hotel. On a separate note, we have been very impressed by the beauty of Luang Prabang
When i saw the place I got impressed with the Laotian Architecture, the staff on the counter was so accomodating. While waiting for aou room check in we went to there restaurant and eat some delicious food preparedby their good chef. Upon check in we so our room very spacious and over looking the pool. The room is very clean and they provide a good kind of coffee which my friend and i notice. I walk around the place and checked the Spa, its so nice even the kind of treatment they offer it cost quite expensive but iÔÇÖm sure it will be a good experience.The staff are so friendly they gave us the best service all throughout the stay, what i like most are the shuttle schedule of going to and coming back from the night market. The day tour which cost us$140 is so great that the driver brought us to some interesting places to buys some house accessories. We even visited some weavers and potters in Luang Prabang. I will recommend the spa hotel to my friends who will visit Luang Prabang.Love it

Good: The resort was beautiful. The check in process was easy and we were offered to add breakfast at a reduced rate. The breakfast is excellent and well worth the added cost. You can order a wide range of Asian and western dishes from their menu which are cooked to order in addition to the buffet. The restaurant staff were excellent, particularly Sun and Phone, who were very polite and went above and beyond to make our experience brilliant. The hotel offers a regular free shuttle into the town which we found very useful. Bad: Nothing bad to say. An excellent hotel

Good: Nice pool, nice staff, great spa, had supper at hotel the steak was delicious. Shuttle bus to the town in the evening. The most important, itÔÇÖs not expensive. Bad: Maybe a little note in the room for the guests to tell them not to have party or shout at night. The last night we were at the hotel, there were some Korean having party or what in the room at 2:00 in the morning
The hotel is located away from the city centre and tourist attractions and one must rely on the hotel shuttle service, but on the other hand it provides a quiet (and green) sanctuary away from the noise and dusty streets. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The fitness facility was very limited. The wifi was dreadfully slow at times but this may be due to lack of infrastructure in Laos and not the hotel's fault(?) The pool is not big, but the setting and mountain scenery are quite lovely. But the best part of the hotel is the wonderful staff. We stayed a week and at the end of our stay they felt like a family. Special thanks to Mr. Sun and his colleagues at the dining room, for their attentive service and friendly chats which gave us an insight into local Lao life

I absolutely loved my time at the Kiridara. The rooms are spacious, the pool is breathtaking, and the staff are both friendly and helpful. Had a great meal and spa treatment, and recommend both. Only (very slight) downside is that you aren't walking distance to most of the sites, but their shuttle made it pretty easy to get there, even during the evening

This hotel is a real tropical retreat only a few minutes by car (or 20 min walk) from down down Luang Prabang. The hotel also offers free shuttle too and from the town. The pool area is stunning with a selection of comfy loungers and great views across the town. The rooms are large and modern with comfy beds, mine had a great balcony. The only drawback for me is that there was no bathtub (only a shower). Drinks by the pool are of course a little more expensive than you would pay at a local bar but still reasonable. Staff are friendly and attentive and breakfast had a small buffet and then a good selection of other items that were cooked to order. Overall fantastic stay!

My family and friends stayed at Kiridara for 5 nights. It was our first visit to Laos and we were made to feel very welcome by all the staff at Kiridara. Undoubtedly it is the pool area that has the star appeal. The seating, deck and pool overlooking the hills and town of Luang Prabang are simply stunning. We ate breakfast every morning in the hotel and it was freshly cooked to order. We did eat one night in the hotel and the food was very good especially the banana and chocolate spring rolls! But by far it was the staff that made the difference, going out of their way to provide and excellent service. We would like to thank them all, especially Linda, Sun, Phone, Jame and Aon for breakfast and pool service, Chanmee and Sidaphone on reception for organising our trips, the ever smiley Vanhsay for his pool and restaurant service and our lovely tuk tuk man Inphon. We had an amazing time
This hotel gives you a very unique experience when staying in Luang Prabang - I'm not sure you can stay anywhere else with this view! The pool area and infinity pool was a particular highlight for us, with comfy sunbeds and an incredible view of the landscape surrounding the main town. The rooms were very clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. There was a good selection of food at breakfast and the cocktails were great! The spring rolls were also some of the best! Despite being out of town, the hotel has a shuttle bus service at set times, and also upon request if you can't make these times. I would like to thank all of the staff for making our stay even better. Both Chanmee and Sidaphone on reception were extremely helpful and friendly during our entire stay, organising transport into town for us and booking us tables at restaurants! I would like to thank the restaurant team, in particular Vanhsay and Sun for always serving us with a smile and serving us around the pool; as well as Linda, James, Phone and Aon - thank you all for being so friendly and helpful. I would also like to thank Inphon, our trusted tuk tuk driver and friendly face. Thank you to the rest of the staff whose names I didn't manage to get, you are a great team!

This hotel is beautiful with a fantastic infinity pool, well-maintained grounds, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. It's a bit outside of the town but they offer a frequent shuttle for transport to the town and pick-up to go back to the hotel. I stayed with three friends (2 in one room, 2 in the other). The room I stayed in was huge and well-appointed while the room my friends stayed in was significantly smaller and less well-appointed. Our tour operator booked the rooms for us so perhaps it's not the fault of the hotel, but we were disappointed at the discrepancy in the rooms since we were all paying the same amount. However, other than that, we had a wonderful stay at Kiridara

Kiridara was a well located - although out of the central town the hotel provided regular shuttles for free and it is only a cheap 5min Tuk Tuk ride back. The infinity pool was divine. The rooms were spacious and well appointed
My friend and i stayed in Kiridara for 4 nights, and it was such a perfect getaway. Pros : - All the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially front desk staff Chanmee and restaurant staff Sun :) - lovely view of the mountains and the Luang Prabang neighborhood with amazing infinity pool(quite small but still nice) - restaurant food was amazing. instead of usual hotel breakfast buffet style, they serve freshly cooked meal ranging from the usual omelettes to fried rice and noodles. Cons : - distant away from the main town, but they provide shuttle to the town every hour or upon request in the morning/afternoon time(if the front desk have the time and hands) - thereÔÇÖs ants in the room, so do not leave any food out - hotel is not wheelchair friendly as you need to climb up many steps to get to any room Overall this hotel is amazing and definitely would come back next time i am in Luang Prabang ! This hotel has beautiful views of the mountains around Luang Prabang...and that's just the beginning. The location is perfect...far enough from the city center for some peach and quiet, but close enough to walk there. Bank and his team were the friendliest hotel staff I've ever come across. They were super helpful, responsive, and really nice. The free shuttle to and from town was a bonus that we didn't even know about until we got there. It was always available at the time we needed it. The infinity pool was INCREDIBLE. Such amazing views from the pool...I miss it so much. Seriously, everything was great here. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Luang Prabang
