I only stayed overnight and did not get to use all the facilities, but the rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The staff were friendly, although I will admit that the only food recommendation they had for lunch was the restaurant, which is a bit strange when it is New Farm and there are so many options
My preferred hotel to stay at for short stay visits to brisbane. Great if you do business in the city you can book in the complimentary chauffeur service to get you to where you need to go into the city. Rooms are modern and clean
I booked Sage last minute - it was great value given its price and location. The hotel room was great (new, impeccable and great bathroom) and staff provided great service (friendly, prompt and helpful). I will be staying here again
We stayed with friends at Sage Hotel in The Valley sad it was fabulous. Modern and comfortable rooms at an excellent price, added bonus of breakfast included, and walking distance to great shopping, eating precinct! Great stay and highly recommend
The only issue I have is they don’t restock the tea. I alway bring my own teabags. For this last trip I had no hot water in my shower. I had a cold shower for two nights. But the other times I have stayed it has been fine. They also need chips in the minny bar
Fantastic location, great facilities, helpful & friendly staff and wonderful rooms.The QA next door served great food but if you don't fancy that then just grab a bottle of wine from the cellar at the entrance and enjoy the fabulous rooms

Great location, we had an event at the hotel next door so it was great to just walk next door and not worry about driving and just virtually drop into bed. Was able to walk down and explore the shops in James Street which was a real luxury not to have to worry about parking and to have everything close at hand. We had a room overlooking the city and James Street which was great and were impressed how comfortable it was and the luxury fittings
Park on the street ,it is free of charge. Hotel parking is not free. Central location, close to restrains and shops. 12 am closing time for clubs around hotel. Friendly staff, very good for business trips
Late check-in for me but no problems, with 24 hour reception. Super comfortable bed and pillows, nicely appointed room. On James St, which is really cool, gentrified, and stylish. Will be back. Recommended!

Was a great place to stay we had a we missed our flight so VA put us at Sage was such a great awesome place to stay receptionist was excellent with all the help we needed, the restaurant next door was great

Good: Lovely big balcony, 24 hour reception and walking distance to everything you need. A fantastic hotel, I have stayed here many times and I will certain return to Sage and recommend to friends and family. Bad: I was not told they had cancelled rooom service because it was quiet in Brisbane, so when I went to order at 9pm and told this, I had to get dressed and go down stairs to get food

Friendly staff, great facilities, easy parking and in the best location! We only stayed one night but we will be back for our next trip to Brisbane. The rooms are beautiful with big luxurious bathrooms - only downside was there was no bath

Fresh, comfy and well equipped hotel with great, friendly staff. Close to food, drinks, shops and cafes - and also public transport to go wherever else you might want. This is my second time staying, and I’ll definitely be back again!

We only stayed overnight. Coming down to brisbane for a concert at the tivoli. It was walking distance to everything. Really enjoyable. Check In staff weren't that interested, but that was only minor compared to all the positive points
I spent a single night at Sage. My room was contemporary, clean and compact. The bed was comfortable with good pillows. The shower had great water pressure. Staff were friendly and efficient. Car parking was $25 per night, under the hotel. The James St location is excellent
Arriving at the hotel you are greeted by a beautiful lobby and lovely design. The staff on check in and check out I felt were not that welcoming and not that friendly on first impressions. The room was nice and very affordable. Contemporary design and nice bathroom. We stayed in a Superior Queen Room and it was definitely worth the money. So close to everything on James St. Comfortable bed and nice amenities in room. Parking however is not easy and if you check in late you won’t have a car park at the hotel and you will have to find one in the streets nearby
Stayed just one night and i was fantastic. Room was very clean and quiet had a lovely balcony with a a table and 2 Chairs outside. Lovely venue with easy cheap parking and close to some lovely venues.Would stay there again no problems
very nice; great decor and service. would definitely stay there again. The hotel is located amidst restaurants and bars. Great place to hold a function or stay for leisure. In addition there loads of designer shops in the vicinity and it only $11 by uber to get into the main shopping drag in Brisbane; the Queen Street Mall

Bad: I found the Air con didn't cope with the afternoon heat....the central controls were set to high. And it shut off at some early morning hour leaving us in a sweat. Trimming the vegetation on the balcony would be nice....without a step-ladder , the only view we had was of the top of Meriton tower....so that was disappointing

Good: The Sage had a great sized room with a luxurious bed and some heavy curtains to keep the room nice and dark
Great location and friendly staff. A few downsides: one cup for a room that sleeps five; phone did not work. You had to leave it in the cradle to make a call. There appeared to be dry vomit (or maybe something else) on the wall opposite the toilet. Told staff on checkout and received an apology and that was all. Hopefully these will be addressed for the next couple or family who stay there
Modern clean comfy bed. Great price. Location fantastic. Best hotel bed I have ever slept in. Very hip place. Looks exactly like the pictures. Handy restaurant bar coffee shop below. Secure parking for a fee
Good comfortable place to stay. Great location on a good street with lots of restaurants and shops. Fantastic bar adjacent to the hotel. Easy access to surrounding suburbs and a short walk to the city. Suits our needs
A quick night away was what we needed and Sage delivered! With the best nights' sleep in a long time (comfy bed, perfect pillows and a super dark and quiet room) it was delightful. Great location for a stroll along James Street and breakfast nearby
Good: the bed was comfortable Bad: the room was very noisy, could hear everything in the corridors, could hear stuff from next door rooms. also there was no carparking available after we were told specifically that we would have a car park in the building, we were very not very happy about having to walk blocks to get to our hotel;
Close to entertainment prescinct with pub and numerous good restaurants downstairs. Room was clean and quiet. Perfect spot for a good night out
The Sage Hotel is in a great location, the rooms are clean, fresh and the beds are super confortable. Would definitely recommend this Hotel and will be returning in the future when I stay in Brisbane
Room was very clean and well laid out. Amenities are excellent. Great location. Quiet. Comfortable bed and a good choice of pillows. Movie choices are broadly ranged. Well done. It will be a pleasure to stay again
Good: Best location- shopping is amazing as are the restaurants and bars. Although it’s close to everything, it’s very quiet, no street noise. We have stayed several times and will be back

The hotel is clean and good value for a stay. Rooms are petite, but comfortable. While the check in process was fairly painless, the room service experience needs to be taken up a notch. We were almost double charged for a room service order, and the $5 delivery fee for room service is a bit rich

Great hotel in the Valley. Perfect location for us as we were visiting our son who works on James street and lives nearby. Parking available, easy check in and out. Very comfortable bed, pillows ok, my husband loved them, me not so much. My only criticism is that there was no spate toilet roll
Due to a delay in my international flight I missed my connection so I had to stay in Brisbane at the Sage Hotel, The hotel was modern, state of the art, beautiful décor, comfortable and such a luxury. I would definitely stay there again
The hotel rooms are well appointment and furnished nicely. The staff were just professional and didn't make an effort to interact. The room was nice, however if I had been warned I would begetting a room that faced a brick wall I wouldn't have stay there. I maybe would stay there again but only if I had a room with a view

Perfect if you need to stay in Fortitude Valley, good value for money, friendly staff and good facilities. Nearby to restaurants, bars and shopping. Off street parking or all day parking on side streets
Pared back, minimalist rooms but comfortable. The bathrooms are elegantly styled but the fittings are poorly placed with the glass shelf in the shower recess installed so close to the shower the shower head could not be adjusted properly. And the hooks for towels or robes are above 2 meters high on the walls. Why?
Room was dark, air con was cold and perfect, room is very well presented and suited to the business traveller. Great big shower, room for your clothes and shoes. Room was very quiet, no slamming doors or voices in the corridor. Easy access to lifts

Great place for being central to the business hub. Close to other restaurants and cafe's. Would recommend to other personal for city center location as in walking distance and cab drop off to most city business centers

This is the second time we’ve stayed The Sage. We had a great night. The room was beautiful and the location is great, right in the heart of Fortitude Valley. There are lots of excellent restaurants and shops on the doorstep. We’ll be back

Good: The great fragrant when entering the floor through the elevators as well as entering the room. Room was great. The customer service provided was great! We got complimentary breakfast, which could be used at the cafe next door & bottomless coffee! Even though the chauffeur service was being used. It was great to know that was a choice. The bed was comfortable and made it really hard to get out of it. We asked for a wake up call since we had an early flight the next and to the hour rang with the most politest voice. Bad: The only thing would be how heavy the door is to open
The hotel was great, the service was great, the room was great, the bed was amazing, the location was awesome! Cannot wait to book here again. Will definitely be booking here everytime we visit Brisbane
Perfect service, room was super comfy, in a great location central to things. We were not there much but is was definitely worth the stay. We had a mix up with the original hotel we stayed at and we booked our room last minute, Adrian tried as much as he could to accommodate us even gave us a co0mplimentary breakfast voucher for our trouble
Good: They were pretty great when we got there, we had just gone to our original hotel only to find out without authority our room had been cancelled. Even though there was not much Sage staff could do they gave us a free breakfast to help us out a little. It’s the little things I suppose Bad: N/A
