Good: Ease of booking and staff service
Good: The room was very spacious and immaculate. We had to call reception a couple of times for different things and each time we had a staff member at our door within seconds to help us. There was no noise from the street or neighbouring rooms. Street parking is free on weekends. Lighting in the room was great and easy to access from bed. Beds were comfy - we had a great night's sleep! Bad: We were originally put in a heritage room which was smaller and without a window. The staff very quickly moved us but if you prefer large modern rooms I would suggest asking for one of the rooms in the new part of the building. The water in the shower wasnt super hot in the morning but definitely satisfactory
I stayed at this hotel for work recently and found the rooms to be comfortable, spacious and of an exceptionally high standard with lovely views. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The carpark was a bit of a distance away however as we were leaving early each day and returning after 6pm we were able to park out the front and this didn't seem to be much of an issue. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again
We stayed at The Sage Hotel at the beginning and end of our WA holiday. Fortunately they had a great deal on Luxury Escapes. We found the hotel to be excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good size rooms and very clean and comfortable. Great bed and good towels. Great shower plenty of hot water. The hotel is very quite no outside noise at all. We stayed on the 12th floor then the 8th floor. I guess the only drawback was parking was a block away, but we worked around it. Unloaded the car, checked in and then parked the car. We didn’t use the car each day so no hassle. Then checked out and got the car. The restaurant serves an excellent breakfast, the chef will cook you poached eggs to order. Would certainly stay again. On our last evening we dined in the restaurant, excellent food and service

Excellent hotel, great friendly, helpful checkin, and room service. Breakfast great and staff lovely. Room more than spacious and very clean we just had a standard room, Location is lovely, tree lined area of West Perth, you can catch the free city bus to the city, or walk down which is a couple of km. There are lovely local eating places so you can change your choice of evening meals. The only negative, and is only a slight, the carpark is a bit of a walk especially in wet or super hot weather. Apart from that I would not hesitate to go back

Excellent hotel - comfortable, modern conveniences, good restaurant, friendly and helpful staff, good view of Perth skyline and NYE fireworks, effective air-conditioning but in festive season there is very little open in West Perth for shopping, drinking or dining. Fortunately free CAT buses are nearby
Good: It was clean, great size, toiletries were lovely. Great location. Bad: Parking was offsite and had to walk over to hotel. There was also a $100 deposit that was taken which wasn’t shown very transparently when the booking was made. We were told about it when we turned up
We have stayed here before, liked the rooms, parking is not too fare away, friendly staff. Could improve with giving you mire than 1 coffee pod per person, asked for more, but never got them, also receptionist recommend street parking, how can you stay 2 nights with parking limited to 3 hours most of the time? However, we then got the parking at nearby Willsons provided. The credit card surcharge is a little bit annoying. Overall a good place to stay in West Perth, close to CBD and Subiaco
Good: The restaurant downstairs Julio's provides the room service so it's definitely a cut above. Comfortable bed, spacious room, helpful and friendly staff. Quiet location walking distance to cafes and shops. Bad: Airconditioning wasn't super efficient but otherwise could not fault this establishment
My husband often stays here when on business from interstate. It’s very conveniently located in West Perth, close to many restaurants and cafes. The room was quite small but adequate and well appointed. Bathroom very modern, clean design. The bed, was SENSATIONAL felt like I was sleeping in a cloud. A nice little breakfast and my husband was pleased that they were serving “real” sausages, not chicken! On the downside, the parking is off the property, a couple of minutes walk. For my taste, the reception desk needs to extend to the floor, as you enter, you don’t need to see the lower legs of the staff
Friendly staff, free parking (2 mins away), 15 mins walk to outlet shopping mall, clean rooms and great shower (water pressure). Aircon a little loud and shuts off automatically after a while even when not on auto-settings
The Sage Hotel is fabulous. Clean, comfortable (great bed) and modern. It’s situated perfectly for City access. We love staying there
Good: The bed very comfortable. Really enjoyed the chorizo sausages, never liked the chicken sausages. Bad: Didnt like the approach to the reception. The desk is only half a desk you can see the staffs legs! Just a little thing. Tortellini was very average
While Sage Perth is well located near the city centre and close to King's Park, the area surrounding the hotel is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There was free parking available albeit at a small distance from the hotel. The front desk staff are v resourceful and helpful. We kept our baggage at the counter for nearly half a day post checkout. The lazy attitude of the staff at breakfast was the only putoff in an otherwise super comfortable and efficient stay. Much recommended hotel for business and holiday travelers to Perth
Neues Hotel von 2016, angebaut an historisches Gebaeude, dass heute als Restaurant (hier auch Fruehstuecksbuefet) dient. Etwas ausserhalb des Ze trums gelegen,,aber dank kostenlos nutzbarem Redcat (Linienbus) gut erreichbar. Fuer PKW-Gaeste kostenloses Parken im nahen Wilsons Parkhaus. Zimmer recht gross, aber nichts Besonderes. Passables Fruehstuecksbuefett

Stayed here for 2 nights. Booked two rooms via Agoda. The first for 2 adults, the second for two adukts and 1 child (aged12). Confirmation was received and monies taken in advance of the check in. Unfortunately it seems that Agoda doesn't advise age of child, even though it is given, and I ended up paying extra at the hotel for a rollaway bed. Fair play - the hotel upgraded us to a bigger room and offered half price deal for the rollaway. However, with that said - the hotel had my booking for months and could have contacted me to find outthe age of the child. The hotel didn't work out a great value because of the extra charge. Now, as far as the hotel goes - it is lovely. Quiet, modern, comfy beds and good facilities. Restaurant is good too, with my only comment being the 'Sage Wrap' when delivered by room service was cold ~ fridge cold. A little toasting wouldn't go amiss. Parking is easy. It's on the streetand because we were there over a weekend we didn't have problems at all. We didn't need to use the off-site parking which is free with validation at the hotel. Would we stay here again .... Yes!

I spent 2 nights in Sage hotel on a business trip and found the hotel very good in all aspects . Check in and reception staff were pleasant and helpful , the room was lovely with a large shower room and complimentary toiletries provided . The location is perfect for walking to Kings Park and it’s only a 10 minute walk to the Hay Street / Murray St area for many pubs , restaurants etc . Would definitely stay here again , absolutely no complaints at all
My partner and I stayed here last weekend, no special occasion but just a mini break. We hadn’t stayed in West Perth before, but found it a lovely spot. The restaurant on site Julio’s was lovely for dinner, great ambience and food was good. Great location, nice little bars around the hotel and easy walking distance to Kings Park, the area must be buzzing during the week, however at the weekend it seems leisurely and relaxed
I have found that a common problem in many modern hotels is there are no overhead lights in the bedrooms. Reading is very difficult without good lighting

Had a very enjoyable stay. Never made it down to breakfast but this was included in the price as well as late check-out. The most comfortable bed I've slept in for a long time.Over all I would highly recommend
We stayed for two nights recently on a Luxury Escapes deal. First impressions were good and the check in went smoothly. Everything is nice and new and modern. We upgraded to a King room which was a little on the small side but adequate for what we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The bar fridge could have been bigger with room for ice trays and the coffee machine was nicer than instant coffee sachets. WiFi was strong and fast. We only went to Julios restaurant for the breakfast buffet which was good but only had a small selection of hot and cold foods. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for a private function on the Saturday night so we were unable to eat there which was disappointing. There are not many bars or restaurants close by but it's only a short taxi/Uber ride into the CBD or Northbridge where there are plenty of options. I would recommend Sage to anyone looking for quality accommodation but in a quieter area
My husband and I again have had another pleasant stay at the Sage. Staff are lovely, rooms are clean and fresh. Location is very close to town and has a great rest in Julios.Would highly recommend Sage for your next stay
Great for what I was looking for - rooms are fantastic, bed comfortable and excellent size bathroom. Service excellent. Not ideal for those wanting to be in the centre of the city but good for the Subi area

Nicely appointed hotel, ideal for a business stay (as was my case). Rooms are well appointed, clean and comfortable. Restuarant looked great although I didn't have time to dine there. Coffee machne in room
Good: It was very clean and easy to get too. Bad: The parking was a bit bad, the elevator was really smelly both mornings we were there, it smelt like something had died in it. The morning reception staff weren't very welcoming, looked just a bit to hard for them both
Good: The spacious, clean room with a very comfortable bed. Lovely view. Bad: Breakfast was disappointing. Buffet food wasn't topped up quickly enough and you had to wait. Not enough cutlery had to ask for more. Only one coffee and hot water machine made it a lengthy process getting a cup of tea or coffee

The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. WiFi signal is strong. Free coffee & tea in room. Only 3 mins walk to the free Red CAT bus stop & 10 mins walk to the City West train station (from where we took a train to Frementle)
The Sage is lovely hotel in a superb location. A short distance from Perth CBD , with very easy access into town on the free CAT bus service, I would highly recommend it
Good: The room was so clean and spacious. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. Our bed as so comfy. The complimentary coffee was fantastic! Staff are lovely and the free upgrade was a wonderful surprise. Bad: No onsite parking but its such a small inconvenience. The hotel will validate your Wilson parking which is a nice comprimise or there is on-street parking out the front or on nearby streets so it wasnt too much of an issue

I stayed twice at the Sage Hotel West Perth on my way in to and out of Perth.The hotel is situated in a quiet part of Perth within a short walk of Kings Park and a slightly longer, but very enjoyable, walk to the CBD. There are good cafés and other shopping a short walk away.On arrival the check in was quick and smooth. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and clean, with a very comfortable bed and pillows and great views from the two different rooms I stayed in. Bathrooms are spacious and clean, with good showers and a place near the mirror for shower bags, cosmetics etc.Check out was also smooth and easy, reception staff were friendly and helpful and I was able to leave my bags with reception outside check in/check out times.I highly recommend this hotel
A modern hotel with good facilities. Value for money depends how much you pay (I got a good discount when I stayed, but next time I checked the price was closer to the average so I kept looking). It's slightly away from the CBD and restaurants, etc. are a bit scarce nearby (a couple had closed when I was there Oct '18). I'd stay again if the price was right

Two stays so far this trip and coming back after the weekend for two more nights. Very happy with the accommodations and the way the staff looked after me. I left my main bag with the front desk for the first two day trip to the the Pilbara and have left it again for this weekend trip to Yallingup. Food and service at Julio’s is very good and staff are friendly and courteous. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Perth
Great value. We purchased the Luxury Escape 2 day package. The correspondence from when we booked was excellent. The room was very clean. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was great value and the staff were very pleasant. The bed was amazing!

Stayed here over the weekend, taking advantage of its location next to Kings park to do some running over there. The hotel is modern with clean rooms. Check in was seamless and friendly. There is an attached restaurant which was very helpful over the weekend, because everything around here is closed. There is a small exercise room with two treadmills and bikes and free weights. Wi-Fi was about 500 Mb per second download for me. lots of USB plugs in room

Everything was easy. Check in was a breeze and we got a free upgrade. The room was huge! The bedding was very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet so a good sleep was had (on a Saturday night). The breakfast was adequate, but at $20 it was very reasonable. Checkout was easy. Would definitely go back again

Convenient quiet end of town, only down side is the off site parking, we parked in the street as we got back from venue late. The verge sprinklers left white marks all over our car. Other than that the hotel is good value for the tariff

Our second visit to Sage West Perth and did not disappoint. Location is excellent...walking distance to city and can then catch the free Cat bus back. Friendly checkin, room spacious and comfortable and best of all a great breakfast in the restaurant. Would highly recommend this hotel

Very comfy bed, and surprisingly quiet rooms (no external noise)."Standard" room is reasonably spacious (large desk area, a comfy chair, room for clothes to be unpacked).Nice toiletries, replaced every day if you require.Breakfast in restaurant is pretty standard with the addition of a range of gluten free eats and espresso coffee included.Friendly staff
Wir wären nun vier mal im Sage und wieder waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und sehr gute Betten. Prima Frühstück. Die gute Lage mit freiem Parken. Wir werden das Sage immer wieder wählen
Room was a little smaller than I expected. Upgrade was a nice surprise but didn’t feel like a great perk as the view was a bit under whelming
